Ministry has begun to develop chat arrangements on this page in a big app. It will be implemented in regional languages.

According to the Ministry of External Affairs, there are 1.21 billion mobile phones in the country. Of these, 45.6 million people use smartphones and most often use WhatsApp or this type of internet chat. The government can simplify the process of conveying the progress of its plans to the people, process the central plans and give instructions for it, using chat on the lump sum. In the present time, people often wander through the process of central plans and the instructions attached to it.

The government will join every person, the ministry says that the central government will connect all corners of the country and everyone in the 'Uttam App' channel through Chat. Through this, the full instructions given to the government, farmers, laborers, rural areas and people living in inaccessible areas will be received in one click.
