New Delhi, 18: The Modi government is preparing for major changes in the wage structure to strengthen employees' social security. In the wage structure, the government can decide the maximum limit of allowances like LTO and HRO. In the monsoon session of Parliament, the government is in a position to bring a bill for this. According to sources, in the proposed amendment, the government is in favor of increasing the share of the original wages in the 'Cost to Company' (CTC), which can increase the employee's PF-gratuity more. Knowledge is the logic that after depositing more money in the PF, the employee will be entitled to more pension in the future.
In the Parliament, there is a meeting to approve a draft prepared on the new proposal of the Standing Committee of the Labor Ministry in Parliament. The total amount of allowance will not be more than 50% of the original wage as per the new proposal. If there is more than 50% allowance, it will be added to the basic wage. In this way, a major increase in the basic wage can be increased.
